» DIGITAL FILES:
• You will receive high-resolution, personalized, print-ready files and NO
physical items will be sent to you
• Print yourself at home or by a print shop of your choice.
• Files are personalized with your event information and sent to you, final
files are NOT editable or available in template form

DIGITAL JPG FILES:
You will receive high-resolution image files that you can save and can be sent
in various digital ways such as text, email, Facebook, etc. This file type can
also be used to upload to an online print shop.

PRINTABLE PDF FILES:
You will receive a high-resolution printable PDF file with crops/trim marks
and .125" bleed and a separate file with a multiple per-page set up format if
you were going to be printing yourself at home

If you are choosing to have these printed it is best to look into/contact the
place you are printing as each printer has their own set of file requirments.

• Cards are designed and customized for you with your details
• Cards are professionally printed in-house by myself in my professional print
shop with extreme care and attention
• Cards are printed on Premium 130 lb. / 352 gsm. cardstock
• Envelopes are printed on premium 80 lb. A7 envelopes. Return AND recipient
addressing is INCLUDED!
• Upgrade options available: Paper stocks, envelope stocks, envelope liners,
diecuts, and foil printing

» Choose your greeting card option in the 1st dropdown
» Select the back option that you would like in the 2nd dropdown
» Fill in the field with your desired details. All of the text on the cards
are fully customizable. Extensive alterations may result in additional fees.
Please make sure that all of your information and spelling are correct before
submitting it. We are not responsible for any incorrect details that were
submitted.
» PROOFS + REVISIONS: Whether you purchase digital or printed cards, you will
receive a digital proof within 24 hours. All proofs are sent via. Etsy
messages. Each order comes with 3 rounds of complimentary proofs. Additional
proofs are $25. Please review your proofs each time to ensure all details and
spelling are correct.
» APPROVAL: I will never send anything to print until the digital proofs are
approved. I will work with you until you are 100% happy with your cards! Due to
this process, approval is required. We will work together to make this perfect!

All invitations come with envelopes that include free return and recipient
addressing!

» If you are ordering Physical cards I will eventually need your guest address
list.
» Please email your address list with your order # to printshop.mia [!at]
gmail.com. Thank you!

I will need your address list in an Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers, or .CVS
file with all your guest information in separate columns for:
• Recipient
• Address
• City
• State
• ZIP Code
• Country (if applicable)

» You can place an order without your address list. If you have any questions
regarding this process please message me!
» If you don't have addresses for all of your envelopes the remaining
envelopes will be left black for you to fill in at a later time.
» Ex. If you order 100 Printed Sets but only have 80 addresses, the remaining
20 will just have the return address printed.

PLEASE NOTE**
Your estimated ship + delivery date is based on the day of purchase. I will
not send anything to print until all parts of your order are approved. Your
order will be shipped out within 3-4 business days from DAY OF APPROVAL.

If the proofing process takes longer I will adjust your delivery date
accordingly if necessary. Please reach out to me if you are in a rush so we can
discuss the best options for you.

» Initial Digital Proof: Within 24 hours from purchase
» Revisions: Each order comes with 3 rounds of complimentary edits. Each
updated proof will take up to 24 hours to receive an updated digital proof
» Printing: Up to 3-4 business days once the digital proof is approved
» Shipping: Shipping is always free! Shipping will take up to 5-7 business
days depending on where you live. I am shipping out of New York so choose your
shipping method accordingly. Rush options are available at checkout. Business
days do not include weekends.

Rush options for proofs and printing can be purchased here:

» Rush proofs from within 24 hours to within 12 hours
» Rush printing from up to 3-4 business days to up to 2-3 business days


▬▬▬▬ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ▬▬▬▬
» The verbiage on the cards can be customized as desired. A fee may be
required if there are extensive alterations or alterations to the design.
» Cards can be adjusted to a custom size. If you have a different size you
would like, make sure to put it in your Personalization notes.
» Please colors vary and may appear different in person than on screen. Colors
also may vary based on home printers vs. professional printers. All prints are
printed on professional digital printers. I am not responsible for any orders
that do not match the colors you were expecting due to what you see on your
screen.
» The first 3 rounds of edits are free - additional rounds are $25 per version

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ REFUND POLICY ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
» DIGITAL FILES:
A request for cancellation MUST be made BEFORE I send you your digital proof.
Keep in mind I send the digital proof within 24 hours from the time of
purchase. This could be anywhere from 5 minutes from when you place your order
to the whole 24 hours. It is recommended if you need to cancel this is done as
soon as possible. After a Digital proof is sent, absolutely NO refunds or
cancellations are allowed.

» PHYSICAL CARDS
Samples: NO refunds are allowed for samples, no exceptions.

Other Quantities: If you need to cancel your order you must do so within 24
hours from the time when the original order was placed for a full refund.
» After proofs have been sent for approval (but not sent to print), you may
cancel your order for a 75% refund.
» Once your proofs have been approved and sent to print, cancellations and
refunds are no longer accepted. No exceptions.

Please note documentation is made before any physical order ships. If your
order arrives damaged, a photo must be provided for proof. I do not issue any
returns but I will accommodate to help fix the order as best as possible.
