►Here is how the process works:

Submit the text for all the wording (Names + Ages children are turning + Date
+ Details) + Size in case you want to print.
The photos need to be send in an Etsy conversation or by email at myheroathome
[!at] gmail.com

Please check for edits or spelling before you send the information as this
will save review time.

► FILES will be sent to your email from myheroathome [!at] gmail.com
Please check in the next 24 hours (even your spam - junk folders).

► PHOTOS - Only ONE photo per child.
The quality of your invitation is only as good as the photo you send in. If
the quality isn’t good I’ll let you know (see tips in the images). Once the
invitation is delivered if you want to change the photo for a new one, will be
an extra fee of US$ 5.00 each time. Please, understand that working on the
photo is the most difficult part of the birthday card and character.

► ONE REVISION is included with your order. Any additional revisions may be
subject to extra fees.

► Files may not be re-sized after your initial order has been sent to you. If
size change is required later there will be an extra fee of US$ 5.00
►If there is a mistake from my side I will correct it with no extra charge
after reviews.
► You will receive your files usually within hours of payment & all needed
information is received - except weekends (unless there are internet
connectivity issues).

► Due to different printer quality and monitor calibrations, colors may vary
slightly.
► Refunds cannot be provided after delivery of digital image due to the nature
of the product.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

These designs are intended to be printed from home printers.

(*) IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to know that copyright restrictions on the characters
and/or logos only permit graphics to be used for one time personal use such as
birthday parties and personal events. Not all photo labs are aware of this
policy and if you are printing from a photo lab and have issues with them
refusing to print for you, please try another local photo lab or print at home
yourself.
I recommend checking if you had a specific vendor in mind. Below is a listing
provided by feedback received from some clients that may help you in finding
locations to print them at.
► walgreens.com, cvs.com, vistaprint.com, snapfish.com, Target, Shutterfly,
Sam's Club and some Costco and Kinko locations. Sometimes some of these will
not print them: Staples, Wal-Mart, Office Depot, Office Max, a few Costco and
Kinko’s locations.
There will be no copyright release from me, so please make sure the printing
company you'll be using doesn't need any or print them at home.

Please understand and note that you are paying for my creative service and
time spent personalizing your item with personal information and working with
your photo, which is permitted for one-time PERSONAL USE ONLY. This invitation
is NOT a licensed product and all character images used are free and not being
sold. We DO NOT SELL or claim ownership over the character clipart or graphics;
they belong to their respective copyright holders. Items purchased are for
one-time personal use only and are not to be re-sold, copied or shared for any
reason.

By ordering, you certify that you own the rights to any photos submitted by
you and have permission to use them. My Hero at Home is not liable for any
misuse of copyrighted materials submitted by the customer or any copyright
infringement claims.
