please leave request in the comments. Letter combinations are pre-made in the
font and are not customizable at this cost. Extra fees will be required if you
would like to have input on the design of your monogram (change letter design,
placement, etc). If you have questions about this please inquire prior to
purchasing the listing.

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Due to the personalized nature of my work, no refunds or replacements will be
offered unless a mistake is made during the product's construction. Such a
mistake would be a different size, color, or letter shipped other than what is
stated on the order.
