Please note that all cards are individually handmade for your recipient by me.
I do not keep inventory and I do not have a staff assisting me.

I need the date that you or the recipient should receive the card in hand by
along with the personalization you’d like for the card in the note to seller
section in the checkout process.

3-4 weeks turnaround time from the order being placed to packaging the order
and post office picking it up to be shipped. I do not offer rush orders.

Please note that I try to get your order out before my turnaround time. But
due to high demands of orders, at times, that’s not always possible.

Just as a further getting to know me or an explanation of why it takes 3-4
weeks for me to complete your order is…. I am the mother of two young autistic
children, my spouse is a career Navy man and is gone most of the time, and
lastly I am semi disabled. It’s in my heart and mind to get your special card
out to you as soon as possible.

My business hours for reaching me are 8:00 am- 7:00 pm PST.

**I do not control the United States Post Office and their shipping times with
COVID they have been running behind. I would also recommend to do a Priority
Mail option if you are needing a quicker shipping option. The post office has
been taking longer with standard delivery.

It’s only about $4-5 more than the standard shipping but the order arrives in
approximately 2-4 days depending on where you live in the USA. Please note that
with the holiday season approaching USPS has changed their commitment times and
if you are ordering for the holidays sooner is better and no orders will be
taken for Christmas cards after December 1st for out of state customers due to
the delays in shipping delivery. If you live in California the cut off time for
Christmas orders is December 5th.

If you experience any difficulties with your order AFTER it’s shipped you
would need to contact them with the tracking number I provided at shipping.

Due to the cards being handmade to order for your recipient I do not offer
refunds.
