Surprise your beloved ones with a love letter with vintage stamps, postage
elements pressed on a kraft envelope and burgundy wax seal (size of the
envelope A6: 4.1 × 5.8 in / 105 · 148 mm).

It has beautiful digitally printed calligraphy text on high-quality ivory
paper (size A5: 5.8 × 8.3 in / 148 × 210 mm). The wax-sealed kraft envelope and
the handwritten calligraphic digital fonts create an amazing vintage effect –
such a wonderful way of making a unique gift for her or gift for him.

HOW TO ORDER: (step-by-step guide):

1. THE TEXT. Please send a message to us with the text for your letter. Count
the characters number using www.lettercount.com. Please note we don't offer
proofreading services, therefore please ensure the spelling is accurate. Please
also enter the message to be written on the back of the envelope in the
personalisation box if required.

2. THE FONT. Choose the font of the letter. We offer a selection of 10
handwritten digital fonts to match your special taste. Enter the font number in
the Personalisation box.

3. THE PAPER. Please choose either a) Clean straight edges, or b) Brown
distressed deckled edges.

4. BACK OF THE ENVELOPE. Enter your message to be written into the
personalisation box if required (max. 100 characters). The font will be the
same as the main text.

The back of the envelope has randomly picked stamped elements on it and
vintage stamps. Please let us know if you wish not to have anything on the
envelope. Otherwise, you will get a standard envelope similar to the one in the
photos.

4. PERSONALISATION. You can message us about any personalisation of the letter
you want. We can create a custom listing for yourself and discuss the
details/colours/design used if necessary.

5. DELIVERY. Make the payment, and we will despatch your letter within 3-5
working days! You will get an A6 size kraft envelope, with a burgundy wax seal,
randomly picked postage stamps and designs on the back of the envelope. The
text is digitally printed on a high-quality ivory paper. The letter is
delivered by post via Royal Mail in a hard, cardboard envelope to keep the wax
seal intact.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic situation, deliveries
to the UK and all other countries across the world may be delayed. Please allow
at least extra 25 working days for your item to be delivered to cover any
ad-hoc situations. Transport links in many countries are affected and delays
may occur. I apologise for the inconvenience, however the delivery times stated
in the shop's listing descriptions may not be met. I appreciate your

PROCESSING TIME:

Please note it takes up to 3-5 days for the letter to be crafted and
despatched. It is shipped in a cardboard envelope, so the letter arrives
undamaged.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
When your letter will arrive depends on which service you chose on checkout to
send it.

To the UK:
We offer free 2nd class Signed For delivery with Royal Mail. It is not a
Tracked service. The delivery aim is 2-3 working days. Upgrade your shipping on
checkout to 'Signed For' 1st class delivery - 1-2 working days.

To the USA, EU and the rest of the world:
I am currently sending all the orders abroad with Tracked service, due to the
pandemic delivery disruptions, to ensure it's safely delivered. The delivery
aim is 3-5 working days to the EU and 6-7 working to the rest of the world.
PLEASE NOTE deliveries are currently delayed. I'll be able to provide you with
a tracking number so that you can track the location of your order.

!!! IMPORTANT. I am not able to guarantee the orders will be delivered in time
by the mail company. My responsibility is to safely hand the order to the Post
Office within my agreed timescale (3-5 working days) and to ensure I indicate
the delivery address correctly. I will be able to provide you with a Proof of
Posting certificate should you require it.

The delivery times stated above are approximate and may be longer due to
different situations.
