Electronic proofs are always sent after purchase. Printing and assembly will

purchase and providing the complete details. A valid email address should be

I do not print templates that you have already purchased or designs I did not
create. This listing only includes printing/assembly of the design shown in
listing pictures with your text customizations made.

Please purchase the quantity you need through this listing by clicking the
drop down menu for "Number of Printed Hand Fans" and selecting an option. If
quantities greater than 300 are needed, simply convo me for a quote and I can
create a separate listing for your order.

In the order comments when you purchase, please leave details for the fan text
that should be customized, layout notes, color notes, and wedding details
(names and dates, if desired).

Fans are printed on two pieces of white card stock (one for front, one for
back) and the paper portion is 5x7 inches in size.

Prices include assembly costs; no assembly required by the customer. Brown
wooden popsicle stick is glued between the papers to create a hand fan.
Permanent paper glue is used in the assembly, but may not be impervious to
rain, moisture, or humidity. There are no refunds for this item if the fans do
not hold up to weather conditions or use on the day of the event. These are
paper products and should be treated with care to achieve best results.

TIMELINE FOR CUSTOMIZATION PROCESS
Work begins when payment is confirmed in full and customized wording is
provided. Customers will be contacted via email if additional details are
needed. The first round of proofs will be electronically delivered within 72
hours of sending the confirmation email. The proofing time will vary per
customer based on the number of rounds of proofs required and the promptness of
the customer to respond to the proofs. After all proofs are approved, the time
to ship completed hand fans is 1-2 weeks. Please allow up to 2 weeks for
production of large quantities (not including shipping time which can be up to
7 business days depending on your location). Shipping is by US Postal Service
Priority Mail or FedEx Ground Delivery with tracking provided to the customer.
These are non-guaranteed methods, meaning that shipment dates shown by Etsy at
checkout are only estimates and actual delivery times may vary. Refunds are not
provided for deliveries that are late and miss events when free non-guaranteed
shipping has been purchased by the customer. Shipping time is estimated to be
up to 1 week for most addresses but could take longer depending on the Carrier.
This shop is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or other
unforeseen events, as determined by Carrier.

If you need expedited processing or delivery, please inquire about this before
purchase of the fans through the Etsy messaging system. Very short turn around
times may involve $100-$200 additional processing fees in order to meet your
timelines and these must be purchased in advance to work beginning.
