ABOUT “ALREADY DESIGNED” LAYOUTS

We add your images, personalization and send you a download link for you to
save and submit to your yearbook. Ads are prepared exactly as displayed, you
cannot make changes to the designs.

Select 1, 3 or 5 “Business Days” Turnaround.

ALL materials MUST BE received at the time you place the order to meet the
selected "Business Days" turnaround and to be placed in our queue.

Orders received "during" business hours will be reviewed and placed in our
queue line the NEXT business day after the order is placed.

Orders received "outside" of regular business hours will be reviewed on the
next business day. Day one is the following business day.

All orders are placed in our queue are processed in the order they are
received.

Turn around is based on the total number of orders that are currently in our
queue at the time your order is added.

All ads are available in 3 sizes regardless of Example Photos:
Full page: portrait layout (8.5 x 11)
1/2 page: landscape layout (5.5 x 8.5)
1/4 page: portrait layout (4.25 x 5.5)

We will match other size requirements at no additional cost.

We personalize your ad by adding your images and message.

Send high-quality images with the best possible resolution to ensure quality
results.

Images & Word Count Suggestions:

Full Page includes 1-6 Images – 35 Words
Half Page includes 1-4 Images – 25 Words
Quarter Page includes - 1-2 Images – 20 Words

Exceeding the recommended word count will result in our having to use a
smaller font. Smaller fonts are more difficult to read.

Additional images may be added for an additional charge.
